Greetings, I am your personal trainer W Thomas Anderson, you can call me Thomas. I’m here to motivate you and inspire you to improve your quality of life. Sometimes it will be a gentle nudge, and other times it may be a hard look at the reality in our current state. My certifications are OPT (optimum performance training) and WLS (weight loss specialist), through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). I’ve been a trainer for about five years now, and in that time my knowledge has evolved from textbook conditions to real world application.
I understand that we don’t live in ideal situations all the time. We have jobs, children, mortgages, car notes, insurance……all the stresses of life to contend with. But the fact remains, if we don’t take care of ourselves, everthing else suffers. My motivation to become healthy was the fact that I lost my father at 42 due to a stroke, and in my family the grandfather has never met the grandson as far back as anyone can remember. I WILL change that, and in the process I will change you.This idea has prompted me to write my first book “Fitness Freak Meal Plan”. The meal plan was designed to educate the public about what food items to consume and portion control.
My slogan “it’s about what YOU see in the mirror”, is a message to you to tune out the world and look inside yourself. No one else can make the changes to acheive your goals but you. This is YOUR life, you only get one chance at it. I am here to help you live the best life you can.
